HiberChat's pricing is simple on purpose: one agent is free forever, and paid plans are priced per agent.
The plans
- Free — one agent, live chat, 5 chats a month. No AI.
- Essential — $31 per agent monthly, or $25 per agent per month billed yearly. AI agent, every channel, unlimited chats.
- Pro — $41 per agent monthly, or $33 billed yearly. Everything in Essential plus reports and data export.
The trial
Every new workspace gets Pro free for 10 days with no credit card. When it ends you choose a plan or drop to Free automatically.
Adding and removing seats
Add a seat when you invite a teammate. Billing is handled by Stripe and changes mid-cycle are prorated, so you only pay for the time a seat exists.
