Connect a support mailbox

Forward email into HiberChat and reply from the inbox.

  1. Open Email in the left menu and add a mailbox with your support address.
  2. Copy the HiberChat forwarding address shown for it.
  3. In your email provider, forward your support address to that HiberChat address.
  4. Send the verification message and confirm forwarding is on.

New emails appear as conversations in your inbox. Email channels are included on Essential and Pro.
