Getting started with HiberChat

Create a workspace, set up your chatbot, and answer your first chat.

  1. Go to hiberchat.com/register and create your workspace. You start on a 10-day Pro trial, no card needed.
  2. Open AI chatbots in the left menu. A chatbot is created for you.
  3. Add knowledge: your website, documents, or FAQs.
  4. Customize the widget's colors and greeting, then click Publish.
  5. Copy the install snippet and paste it on your site.
  6. Open Inbox to see and answer conversations.

That's it. The AI answers from your content and hands off to you when it should.
