Train the AI on your website, documents, and FAQs

How knowledge sources work and how to keep them current.

Open your chatbot and use the knowledge menu. You can combine three kinds of source:

Website — enter your address and click Learn site. Up to 20 pages per scan, two links deep, using your sitemap and respecting robots.txt.
Documents — upload PDF, DOCX, Markdown, or text files.
FAQs — write question-and-answer pairs.

Pages crawled per month: Pro trial 500, Essential 1,500, Pro 8,000. The Free plan has no AI and no crawling.

Scans are snapshots. Re-sync a source after your content changes. Exclude a source to pause it without deleting it.

Changes are saved to a draft. Click Publish (or Update) so the live widget uses them.
