Install the chat widget on your website
One script tag, plus platform notes for WordPress, Shopify, Wix, and Webflow.
Copy your snippet from the chatbot's install tab. It looks like this:

Any HTML site
Paste the snippet just before the closing </body> tag on every page.
WordPress
Add it to your theme's footer, or use a header-and-footer code plugin and paste it into the footer box.
Shopify
Online Store → Themes → Edit code → theme.liquid. Paste before </body> and save.
Wix
Settings → Custom code → Add code. Choose Body - end and All pages. Wix requires a premium plan with a connected domain.
Webflow
Site settings → Custom code → Footer code. Paste, save, and publish.
Add every domain the widget runs on to the chatbot's allowed domains so it can load.
